Return Policy
You can return an item to us within 14 days after receiving the order. Returning something to us is at your own expense. We will either exchange the item(s) and send it to you for free or refund the money. All tags and any essential addition to the packaging must be returned. After we received your return the exchange item or refund will be processed within 10 working days.
The company reserves the right to reject returns if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the customer is attempting to return worn items, or for any other exploitation of this return policy.
Please contact us via contact@oxstreets.com when a product shows factory defects or if we shipped the wrong color/size. We will pay for the shipping costs in the form of a refund. In all other cases you will have to pay for the shipping costs of the returned good(s).
You will be responsible for the return shipment.
