All items are separately packed in a custom packaging bag and will be delivered in a shipping bag.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Within 14 days, orders may be returned and we will issue a refund. Please fill in the return form which you received with your order and send it back with your return.
- All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- All products must be unworn and unwashed.
- All products must have all original OX tags still attached.
- No exchanges will be made on items that are damaged due to customers’ error
Shipping back to our warehouse is at the customers’ own cost.
Yes, you will be refunded for the full amount of your order.
We will process all returns in approximately 7 to 12 business days after we receive your return.
Yes, you can return the products you’ve purchased in the the regular sale and the full amount of your order will be refunded.
Please email our customer service first with more details. After conformation you can return the item to our address. The item will be checked and when it is covered by our warranty policy a new item will be send back to you free of charge.
The only reason we won’t accept a return is if it goes against our guidelines. If you send something back to us and we cannot credit you for it, we will not return it to back to the sender. If you would like it shipped back, we will take a payment for the shipping costs or it will remain in our returns center for 90 days before being discarded. Shipping costs will vary based on your location.
No, you don’t need an account to order at our online store. You can checkout as guest, or register as customer.
If you changed your mind about your order, please email our customer service team. In case your order has not been shipped, we will cancel your order and you will get a refund. If your order already has been shipped, unfortunately we can not unsend your order and you will have to return your order back to us.
We won’t restock sold items. However it is possible a sold out size of an item to be back in stock.
